It is a pleasant and welcoming Private Villa, consisting of a ground floor and 1st Floor. On the ground floor, it has 1 (One) Double Suite Bedroom, One Bathroom for visitors, 2 (Two) Rooms, one for Living and the other for Dining, a fully equipped kitchen and terraces.
On the 1st floor, we have another Small Rest Room and 3 (Three) Bedrooms, two of which are equipped with a double bed, and the other with two beds. All of them have a private bathroom and terraces.

It has a swimming pool measuring approximately 6 meters by 5 meters, with a depth of 0.80 meters to 2.00 meters. It is equipped with sun loungers, mattresses and parasols.

Villa GONÇALVES is surrounded by a beautiful garden area, Private Parking Space on the ground floor, Barbecue Area, Solarium and Leisure Area.

The decoration of this beautiful Villa is functional, cheerful, refined and welcoming. It has Satellite TV, WIFI, Air Conditioning and Alarm System (Security).

This pleasant Villa is very quiet, supported by a reception service 2 (two) times a week. It has an Anti-Theft and Fire Alarm system. We also offer an Individual Safe for the personal safekeeping of our Clients' Assets.
