It is a new development of ground floor and 10th Floor. All Villas have terraces, part of them with Sea View. Each Villa has a private swimming pool for adults and children, a garden area, a parking space and a parking space at the rear, and a Barbecue area.

It consists of 5 germinated houses (V3), furnished in Pinho Mel. They have 1 bedroom on the ground floor, with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and bathroom. The decoration of these Villas is modern, cheerful, functional and very welcoming. It has Satellite TV and WIFI, which will be paid, depending on its use, in all Villas.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-plate Vitro-Ceramic stove, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Toaster, Electric Kettle, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine and Iron. We also provide Hair Dryer, Electric Heater and Magic Wand (Chrisher).

This pleasant and very quiet development is supported by a car park. All Houses have an Anti-Theft and Fire Alarm system, and are equipped with a safe.

In the vicinity of the development, at 50Mts, there is a magnificent Supermarket, several Restaurants, Bars, Pastry, Shops and other tourist support.
